Ceduna riders leave others in their dust

Ceduna rider Zac Hoffrichter has blitzed the opposition from other clubs in the Eyre Peninsula Motocross Series.

Zac, who recently turned 10, won the series and the 65cc class with most points accrued.

It is the second year in a row Zac has won the EP Motocross Series which is conducted across five race meetings held at Ceduna, Whyalla, Kimba, Port Augusta and Port Lincoln.

As well, Rohan Lambeff and Dale Thiele from the Ceduna Motocross Club both took fourth place in their categories - Rohan in the 125-250cc and Dale in the Open - of the series.

Zac and Rohan will now be competing in the state titles.

The first round will be at Murray Bridge in two weeks and both local riders are expected to do well.
